主要研究方向为肝脏疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤的药物研发及药理作用研究,目前在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、British Journal of Pharmacology等国际专业期刊累计发表多篇关于药理作用的文章,以第一发明人申请发明专利一项,并先后主持了多项科研项目。
